So how does this work?
Our program is unique in the fact that you get to be the cattlemen, feeder and consumer all as part of the process. Customers purchase their animal on the hoof in July/August, your animal will enter the feeding program and you will have three options to pay for the feeding period, this allows us to tailor the degree of finish to each customers needs and creates more accurate pricing for all customers. Our cattle are ready to harvest the following spring in April/May. We will be in contact to finalize harvest dates, cut and wrap instructions and last but not least delivery to your door within two to three weeks of harvest, the rest is up to you to enjoy.
